The initial portion of our strategic plan outlines Studio Monday's foundational elements, encompassing brand pillars, core values, assessments, stakeholder frameworks, core capabilities, organizational structure, and HR tools. This is crucial for understanding HR needs and defining the agency's identity. Studio Monday emphasizes anti-discrimination strategies, unified working environment policies, and presents a campaign process flowchart for team understanding.


Recruitment needs were identified through a skills gap analysis, revealing a 75% fulfillment of design positions. Two job postings for Graphic Designer and Lead Project Coordinator are introduced with competency and characteristic models. The external selection process involves various channels, reflecting Studio Monday's client interaction focus. Applications undergo assessment, interviews, and selected candidates follow a defined onboarding agenda.

In the final phases of our plan, we delve into the training and development process for the recently posted job titles, emphasizing individual tasks and needs. We outline the goals achieved through training programs and explains the evaluation criteria, underscoring the significance of employee performance in representing the company to clients.

The document details Studio Monday’s performance management process, utilizing various methods and metrics for assessment and addressing factors impacting project success. Compensation is a focal point, highlighting the positive treatment of employees with steady pay, benefits, and a new hire package for graphic designers and lead project coordinators. The disciplinary process is outlined to establish fair rules for compliance.
